We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Platform Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with schools and activity providers across the city, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless interactions for parents.

  • As a Platform Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for calling and onboarding schools onto our platform, verifying class schedules and fees, and providing exceptional customer service to parents.
  • You will also maintain detailed reports of your outreach and feedback, ensuring that we continually improve our services.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

  • Key qualifications include:
  • Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi
