Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Claims Specialist to join our team at Danfoss.

  • Contribute to monitoring and registering customer complaints in SAP, supporting customers with analysis and administration activities.
  • Hands-on practice with assembly and disassembly of components, analyzing failure reasons, and preparing first-layer inspection reports.
  • Support customers with non-conforming components regarding quality issues, raising requests to respective plants, and following up with BU Quality for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Manage logistics and transportation activities for hardware shipments.
  • Field visits for troubleshooting failures, reviewing, and pressure mapping systems and applications.
  • Manage claim handling in collaboration with Authorized Service Partners, conducting comprehensive workshop analyses of warranty returned hardware, and preparing analysis reports.
  • Handle financial activities, including issuing credit notes to customers.
  • Prepare weekly reports by extracting data from Power BI.
  • Closely cooperate with Sales and Application teams, approaching claim handling in various customer segments.
  • Contribute to adjusting the global process in Southeast Asia, collaborating with the global Claim Handling Organization.
  • Improve the Claim Handling Micro Process in Southeast Asia, aligning with the global CCH Macro Process.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949 compliances, participating in internal/external audits.
  • Oversee Authorized Service Partners audits and development for the entire Asia Region.
  • Will travel abroad as required.
