The role of a Senior Finance Analyst- Global Corporate Controlling is multifaceted, involving the presentation of global corporate controlling data to enable informed strategic decisions from management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly business performance reporting: Create and present comprehensive reports on business performance to stakeholders.
  • Divisional reporting enhancements using Power BI: Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using Power BI to improve divisional reporting capabilities.
  • Divisional budget & forecasting process: Establish and manage the divisional budget and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Financial support for commercial transparency: Provide financial analysis and support to enhance commercial transparency, including profitability, credit limits, and other key metrics.
  • Financial analysis around investments and mergers & acquisitions: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform investment and M&A decisions.
  • Global divisional transparency around CAT4 and projects: Ensure transparent communication of CAT4 and project-related financial information across global divisions.
  • Approval requests between regional Controlling teams and Corporate: Coordinate approval requests between regional Controlling teams and Corporate, ensuring timely and efficient decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc analysis & situation specific reports: Respond to ad-hoc queries and provide situation-specific reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics (focus on Controlling), Information Management, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Proven professional experience (>5 years) in FP&A or Corporate Controlling.
  • Analytical skills with ability to gather, organize, analyze, interpretate and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Skillful querying, report writing and presentation of results.
  • High IT affinity.
  • Data extraction from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
  • High Level of ownership, pro-activity, drive.
