Lingaro seeks an exceptional Data Scientist to lead our efforts in leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to drive business value. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting insights, building predictive models, and developing AI-powered solutions that transform our clients' businesses.

Your primary focus will be on running end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, and supporting pre-sales activities. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in machine learning, particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.

The ideal candidate will have experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment. Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector databases are essential. Familiarity with specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini) is also required.

A commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision would be highly beneficial. Additionally, expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks, hands-on experience with Docker for containerization, and strong business acumen are valuable assets in this role.

As a leader, you will be expected to manage small technical teams on projects and come up with creative solutions to address customer problems. Your ability to work autonomously, trust your ideas, and grow as the company grows will be crucial in your success.
