Electrical Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our team.

  • This role involves designing and implementing testing methods for electrical products and systems.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement testing methods for electrical products and systems
  2. Work on obsolescence activities, qualifying replacements, and performing testing to release in the system along with documentation
  3. Collaborate with mechanical, software, system, and process engineering teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions
  4. Generate design concepts that develop into detailed drawings for manufacturing
  5. Participate in design reviews to present designs throughout different phases of design and development
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
  • Master's degree preferred with 1 year of experience
  • Comfortable working with US-based timings
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of electronics components, schematics, and system interconnect
  • Ability to select and recommend components based on application and circuit requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Critical/system-level thinking
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in part lifecycle management, change orders using PLM systems
  • Working knowledge of electronic components obsolescence
  • Understanding of PCB and components
  • Hands-on experience testing electronics components at bench and system levels
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software
