About the Position:

  1. The incumbent will design and deliver structured training programs on IT service management principles, ITIL practices, and service delivery models.
  2. They will mentor and coach fresh graduates on incident, problem, change, release, and service request management.
  3. The person will provide hands-on training in IT service management tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).
  4. They will review trainee work in ticket handling, escalation processes, and SLA adherence, providing constructive feedback.
  5. The individual will guide graduates in understanding service strategy, service design, service transition, service operations, and continual improvement.
  6. They will conduct workshops on root cause analysis, customer service excellence, and communication best practices.
  7. The incumbent will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to shape graduate onboarding, capability-building, and career path programs.
  8. They will support continual improvement of IT service management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
