Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer instructions accurately to achieve quality standards and targets
  • Receive and make calls from/to customers, internal and external
  • Act effectively on all customer feedback and escalate potential complaints
  • Contribute towards the completion of maintenance and enquiries within agreed timescales
  • Provide training on application and products to vendors and internal customers
  • Adhere to audit requirements, including data protection and health safety policies
  • Participate in team development and foster growth of coworkers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Experience in a processing environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proven track record of high-quality service delivery
  • Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
