Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to deliver exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to meet customer needs.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer instructions accurately to achieve quality standards and targets
- Receive and make calls from/to customers, internal and external
- Act effectively on all customer feedback and escalate potential complaints
- Contribute towards the completion of maintenance and enquiries within agreed timescales
- Provide training on application and products to vendors and internal customers
- Adhere to audit requirements, including data protection and health safety policies
- Participate in team development and foster growth of coworkers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in a processing environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven track record of high-quality service delivery
- Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision
