Job Overview:

As a Treasures Relationship Strategist at DBS Bank, you will play a key role in driving exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients. This will involve delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring client coverage and product penetration through cross-sell and up-sell of DBS products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients through a need-based approach, ensuring client coverage and product penetration.
  • Manage and maintain the highest customer satisfaction and service levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
  • Coordinate internally with DBS Service and Distribution and Product teams to ensure effective relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HNI Sales/Wealth Management/Private Banking segment.
  • Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market and competition.

Education:

Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA in relevant field.
