Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and broad domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite, specifically in Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL.

  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interaction with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • At least 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve production tickets, patch testing, Change requests.
  • Analyze and document Oracle environment requirements, engaging with Oracle customer, CSI partner, and developer base.
  • Collaborate on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Manage System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance.
  • Perform unit tests, staging test scenarios, and document test results.
  • Develop runbooks for technical objects and resolve technical queries during ticket resolution.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least two HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding, Learning).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for direct engagement with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore models.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
  • BI Publisher experience (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
  • Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
  • Knowledge of additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract, OTBI, Analysis Dashboard.
  • Experience in Transformation formula and automating inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
  • Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance experience.
  • Extending Cloud through the personalization layer experience.
