About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of asset compliance with Control of Work standards and procedures, ensuring safe and efficient operations to meet production targets, and managing and leading the operations team and support first-line maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to improve HSE performance and minimize risks
  • Lead the operations team to ensure compliance with company procedures and controls, as well as statutory regulations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective integration of services across the asset
  • Perform audit and monitoring functions to establish the implementation of safe and best practices
  • Communicate, direct, and coordinate activities to provide a focal point for the operations team members
  • Interface with other team leaders on aspects of intrusive maintenance and safe isolation procedures

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years' experience in oil and gas field production operations, including at least 5 years of supervisory experience. You will also need to possess excellent team working and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
