Product Strategist

Razorpay is a pioneering digital banking hub for businesses in India, dedicated to enabling seamless banking and payments experiences. Founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014, Razorpay has evolved from a B2B payments company to a full-stack financial services organization.

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving critical product problems throughout their lifecycle, from identifying and prioritizing issues to designing go-to-market strategies.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions. As a Product Strategist, you will have the autonomy to make informed choices and contribute to a culture that celebrates failures as opportunities for growth.

• Build customer empathy by meeting with customers and staying up-to-date on customer needs and trends.
• Develop long-term strategies and quarterly roadmaps to achieve product vision and create impact.
• Conceptualize new solutions using a problem-first, data-driven approach, ensuring value-based prioritization of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Draft and execute go-to-market plans in conjunction with product marketing teams.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
• A passion for technology and customer-centric thinking, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Estimated Salary: ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
