Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads from assigned banks and developing customer relationships to cross-sell various financial products. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and selecting appropriate insurance products to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads from assigned banks
- Develop customer relationships to cross-sell financial products
- Identify customer needs and select appropriate insurance products
- Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team as requested by the sales manager
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel and hold a strong understanding of life/health/GI insurance. Additionally, you should be able to effectively utilize resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects to acquire customers.
