Job Title: Travel Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled travel professional to serve as a liaison between our company and its current and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively cater to the travel requirements of clients, enhancing their experience and acquiring a dedicated clientele through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings, rail reservations, and other travel arrangements.
  • Provide information on products and services, including visa requirements, foreign exchange, health regulations, and insurance options.
  • Handle refund and cancellation of domestic and international air tickets, and coordinate with clients for ticket issuance with proper deal codes or bonus miles.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, and co-ordinate with client/implant/servicing team.
  • Assist in follow-up with invoicing and recoveries, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by exceeding expectations.

Competencies:

  • Effective communication skills, active listening, and ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends, passionate interest in geography, strong domestic and international travel knowledge.
  • Ability to assimilate information and pay close attention to accuracy and detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate with Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.

Experience:

  • Total 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Travel Management Company.
