Job Description

We are on a quest to become the next Amul of India by empowering at least 1 million rural women. To achieve this mission, we need fearless individuals who dream big and excel at executing tasks that make a real impact.

About the Role

This role offers a front-row seat to designing and scaling programs that uplift women in underserved communities—through livelihood training, education, and access to resources. You'll work directly with our founders to shape initiatives that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs (e.g., skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  • Outreach to CSR funders & partners to build long-term partnerships.
  • Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We welcome students or early-career professionals who:

  • Are pursuing BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Have strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
