Procurement Manager Role

This is a critical role where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating purchases, and maintaining records of goods ordered and received.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and procure necessary goods and services.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and vendor communications.
  • Purchase Requisitions: Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements to enhance vendor management.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
