This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias toward execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional priorities and ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments across teams.
  • Oversee operational excellence and monitor KPIs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, startup roles, or similar.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
