Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Lead Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality assurance efforts for web domain projects.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing QA teams, developing test strategies, and implementing automated testing frameworks.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery while maintaining agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure software meets required standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of web and mobile-based projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
