Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team. As a Construction Cost Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects.

This includes cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of project scope in-line with design requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team.
  • Orientate specifications to meet client expectations without compromising on quality.
  • Verify bill of quantities (BOQs) and supporting documentation.
  • Present BOQs and proposed solutions to stakeholders for approval.
  • Review and verify requests for amendments (RA bills) and final invoices.
  • Prepare amendments as necessary.
  • Evaluate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
  • Submit multiple budget options considering alternative solutions.
  • Explore new products and secure approvals.
  • Propose optimization options in budgets.
  • Maintain budget requirements within given time-frames (TAT) without delays.
  • Compile reports on cost analysis of projects as per management requirements.

This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You must also have proficiency in relevant software and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
