At Genpact, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation. We're looking for a Lead Consultant-Quality Analyst SFDC to join our team and help us drive change for global enterprises.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to develop digital applications for our global clients. As a Lead Consultant-Quality Analyst SFDC, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation and manual test scripts according to the test plan.

You'll work closely with upstream and downstream application teams to execute end-to-end test cases, collect, review, and validate test data, and report and track defects to closure.

As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to continual improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide expertise in automation testing, Salesforce testing, and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute automation and manual test scripts according to the test plan
  • Work with upstream and downstream application teams to execute end-to-end test cases
  • Collect, review, and validate test data
  • Report and track defects to closure
  • Contribute to continual improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • BS/BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree
  • Experience in automation and functional testing
  • Experience in Salesforce testing or testing other SaaS applications
  • Experience in integration testing between ERP and Salesforce applications
  • Understanding of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies
  • Must be able to understand and collaborate on requirements and design
  • Good business analysis skills as needed for a good tester
  • Database experience and working knowledge of how to use SQL queries
  • Create and maintain a set of test data, as well as do data verification
  • Knowledge on performance tool JMeter/Load Runner
  • Understanding of coding enterprise applications within Java, PHP, and other languages
  • Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities, and be able to manage time with multitasking
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in web services testing and QA certification is a plus.
