We are seeking a skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, service delivery managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of our solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure solutions on hardware, virtual machines, or cloud platforms
  • Integrate solutions at customer sites or hosted environments
  • Write technical documentation and review customer acceptance plans
  • Assist development and validation teams during projects
  • Execute acceptance test plans with customers
  • Provide technical guidance for new or evolving services
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar positions

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of technical integration and deployment processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
