Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a key administrative support position.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to relevant staff members.
  • Greet visitors, direct them, and maintain front-desk reception duties.
  • Manage files and update paperwork, both physical and digital documents.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; send invitations to attendees.
  • Maintain office supplies, ordering materials as needed.
  • Sort and distribute mail and organize office communications.
  • Ensure the office remains organized and clutter-free.

Educational Requirements:

  • A diploma or higher qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with customer service software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
