**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Service Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to optimize resources, such as manpower, money, and material.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results, a strong focus on customer experience, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of service operations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual operating plans and midterm plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Plan day-to-day operations in coordination with sales, customer experience, logistics, customer support, technicians, and outsourced teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely completion of AIS Project Management Systems documentation for Field Quality Plan, Work Method Statement, Risk Register, etc.
  • Execute activities within the scope of installation defined by TAT policies.
  • Develop skills in ASE, ground team members, both in-house and outsourced, such as technician-cum-supervisors, according to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain high morale and motivation in ground team members through regular communication during formal and informal meetings.
  • Prepare post-material dispatch reports on time and update service issues for concerned territory areas.
  • Maintain daily updates in the installation register and submit progress reports to management.
  • Verify and submit outsourced team bills to accounts properly.
  • Optimize resources like manpower, money, and material while maintaining quality and EHS norms at work locations.
  • Handle customer inquiries within described policies and provide timely closure reports from the CSD team.
