Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Support Manager - AM/Manager, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Support Manager will oversee daily operations management, provide training to team members, ensure high-quality customer service, and conduct analytical work to improve processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating operational activities, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proven experience in Training and developing team members
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with risk management and insurance sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
