Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished R&D Commercial Professional to drive seamless coordination between cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Evaluate and manage technology transfer processes from R&D to manufacturing units and third-party facilities.
  • Assess and support third-party manufacturing locations, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for technology transfer documentation and factory assistance in commercial manufacturing.
  • Provide expert support in packaging development, understanding various packaging formats (rigid, flexible, etc.) and material qualification.
  • Ensure adherence to cosmetics regulatory affairs, including import/export registration and regulatory approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Predominant background in Personal Care & Home Care R&D with expertise in product development cycles.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, Manufacturing).
  • In-depth knowledge of packaging development processes and packaging material qualifications.
  • Understanding of quality tools, ingredient evaluation, and formulation types.
  • Experience in compliance and regulatory processes related to cosmetics, import/export registration.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering/Ph.D. in Chemistry
