Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Risk professional to manage risk management functions within an Enterprise Risk Management practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain policies and guidelines on Treasury, Investment, ALM, and Liquidity risk monitoring.
  • Value Treasury portfolios, including Forex, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equity, and other assets.
  • Provide independent mid-office monitoring support for Non-Performing Loans, Fixed income, FIG, Derivatives, limit monitoring, and hedge effectiveness.
  • Implement and calculate Capital charge and Counterparty Risk Charge.
  • Conduct technical analysis of Equities, Bonds, and Money market funds.
  • Maintain all types of limit monitoring related to treasury activities in accordance with Internal and regulatory policies.
  • Perform MTM reconciliation with counterparty banks for derivatives deals and make/respond to margin calls as needed.
  • Prepare Regulatory and internal daily and periodical reports and Board notes for timely submission.
  • Enhance methodologies for counterpart credit risk measures like PFE, CVA, etc.
  • Review new bank products related to Market risk and provide risk mitigation controls.

Liquidity Risk and ALM Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and simulate LCR/ NSFR.
  • Robustly monitor and report on Maturity of ALM products.
  • Set limits for MAL/SAL using statistical modeling techniques.
  • Analyze Interest rate risk on the bank's book basis or via Sensitivity Report analysis.
  • Understand Behavioral studies of ALM products.
  • Implement experience of ALM / Market Risk system from end to end.
  • Pricing and hedging of banking products across asset classes (Rates, FX, Bonds).
  • Well-versed in Stress testing of Liquidity and Interest rate risk.
  • Proficient in ICAAP, RAROC, FTP methodologies, and RAS.
  • Handle Audit queries and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions.
