About the Role:

We are seeking a senior professional to oversee MIS and strategy functions across Marketing and Admissions. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, analyzing operations and trends, preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accuracy of data across Marketing and Admissions.
  • Analyze operations, trends, costs, and revenues to forecast performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare variance and productivity reports comparing targets vs. actual achievements.
  • Extract CRM reports and track daily team performance metrics.
  • Participate in process review meetings and support budgeting, target-setting, and periodic reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with software systems such as LSQ; tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
  • 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
