Job Description

As a seasoned Solution Architect, you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business partners. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing technical solutions that align with strategic objectives.

  • You should possess a deep understanding of various domains including transport, IP, SD WAN, Cloud, RAN, and core networks.
  • The primary goal is to increase revenue and profitability by providing market-competitive solutions that cater to customer needs.
  • This tactical role defines the direction of new solutions, processes, and standards based on business strategy or customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical expert on solution design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
  • Analyze the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions across multiple systems/platforms/applications.
  • Scan technology requirements of the market, participate in product development activities, and represent the company in customer/marketing forums to increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solutions.
  • Design and deliver complex solutions as per customer requirements.
  • Work with various stakeholders, including sales, product, and engineering teams, to jointly assess customer requirements.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the complete lifecycle of pre-sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in working in multiple domains of telecommunications such as transport, IP, SD WAN, Cloud, RAN, and core networks, with experience in at least two of these domains.
  • Ability to translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of telecommunication network management and automation needs and solutions.
  • Experience in managing international customer opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customer needs within and outside India.
  • Experience in managing RFPs for international customers.
