  • Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Professional to support the implementation and management of our HR systems.

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Support: Assist in resolving requests assigned to P&C systems team via Service NAB or CCP, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Deliver High-Quality Support: Offer top-notch assistance for core HCM and other functional areas such as compensation, benefits, talent, recruitment, absence, and time tracking.
  • Custom Reports and Dashboards: Develop, implement, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet business requirements and complete bulk data uploads via EIB across various processes.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and execute various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional designs, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Data Management: Gather, transform, map, and cleanse employee/config data, then perform and monitor mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and providing post-load validation and support.
  • Training and Communication: Provide training to stakeholders and prepare communication packs SOP's, FAQ's to support Workday adoption and utilization.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date on trends and developments within Workday area of expertise, continuous research, and use of best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Workday Experience: Minimum 3 years Workday experience with expertise in core HCM and other areas such as compensation, benefits, talent, recruiting, and absence.
  • Certification: Workday HCM Certified.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to interpret business requirements, recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for excellent customer service, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
