Expert Workday HCM Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of Workday Core HCM to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain business processes, tenant setup, and organization structures within the Workday Core HCM framework.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Support the configuration of positions, job profiles, organizations, staffing models, and supervisory structures.
  • Perform thorough system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with HR policies and local statutory requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and manage enhancements in Core HCM.
  • Document system configurations and facilitate knowledge transfer/training to business teams.
