Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and meticulous professional to lead our finance team at the manufacturing site. This key role demands a proactive individual who can collaborate across departments, manage end-to-end accounting operations, and ensure compliance with financial standards and audit requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly finalization of Books of Accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure timely closing of financials on a monthly basis.
  • Drive the preparation and analysis of monthly MIS and other key management reports.
  • Review and validate product costing across manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis and investigate cost deviations to ensure cost control and accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage the site's annual budget including Revenue, Opex, and Capex.
  • Submit monthly updates of cash flow projections and projected annual financials for review and planning.
  • Analyze department-wise Opex variances against budgets and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate and support multiple audits including Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, and Tax Audit.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.
