Job Description

We are seeking a diligent intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

A talented and adaptable individual is required to take on various responsibilities, including employee onboarding, HRIS management, exit procedures, policy support, event coordination, and compliance administration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and have a keen interest in people operations, business administration, or related fields.

Bonus points for hands-on experience in logistics or administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters and documentation.
  • Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate People policies.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback.
What to Expect:
  • Month 1: Learn systems, shadow onboarding & admin tasks.
  • Month 2: Own data accuracy, vendor coordination & support events.
  • Month 3: Run onboarding end-to-end, manage ops independently, and provide insights for process improvement.
