Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation expert to join our team. As an Electrical and Instrumentation manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of preventive maintenance & breakdown of instruments and electrical equipments.

You will communicate with authorities and comply with all associated legal requirements. You will also coordinate with regional PT Team for implementation of best maintenance practices like Risk Based Maintenance (RBM), EPS in Instrumentation and Electrical streams.

Digitalization initiatives like OT security, and acting as Loss of Service Coordinator (LOSC) are also key responsibilities. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure timely compliance of Instrumentation and Electrical related tasks.

  • Management of Departmental Activities: You will manage departmental activities for Instrumentation and Electrical side, handling and ensuring compliance related to Nucleonic Gauge.
  • Radiological Safety Officer: You will work as Radiological Safety Officer for Organization, ensuring timely compliance of Instrumentation and Electrical related tasks.
  • Experience on Rockwell Automation PLC System: You should have experience on Rockwell Automation PLC System (Control Logix, PLANT PAX, FT BATCH, SCADA AND LOGIC programming development).
  • Experience on SAP: Experience of SAP and SAP Plant Maintenance module is preferred.
  • Maintenance and Calibration: You will ensure timely calibration of field instruments, MCI and various measuring instruments.
  • Emergency Repair Jobs: You will ensure timely attendance to break-down and emergency repair jobs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech. - Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication: A degree in B.E. / B.Tech. - Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication is required.

10-12 years of experience in maintenance of plant: At least 10-12 years of experience in maintenance of plant is necessary.

Training cum Certification course on Radiation Safety Aspects of Nucleonic Gauges: Additional requirements include training cum certification course on Radiation Safety Aspects of Nucleonic Gauges.

Active registration on ELORA AERB Website for Radiation Professional: Active registration on ELORA AERB Website for Radiation Professional is required.

Additional skills and abilities:

Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi language: Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi language is essential.

PLC programming: Experience in PLC programming is desirable.
