Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.

You will work closely with the team to create and publish content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to increase followers, boost engagement, and enhance our online presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven professional to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore and contribute to shaping our brand's narrative.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, with a strong understanding of cold emailing, nurturing, and CRM-driven automation tools. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and HubSpot Marketing Hub is a must.

The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills, the ability to guide design contributors on brand voice and visual tone, and a keen eye for detail.

They will also be passionate about staying ahead of digital trends and exploring new ways to leverage social media for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of cold emailing, nurturing, and CRM-driven automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
