Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to lead our network of content creators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing creators who produce quality, culturally relevant content for our app.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Onboarding: Identify and onboard content creators ensuring they are aligned with our content guidelines and audience liking.
  • Creator Performance & Consistency: Monitor creator performance week on week, ensuring your creators are retained on the platform
  • Motivation & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to keep creators motivated, engaged, and inspired to produce innovative content.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies or related field.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, community management or creator management preferably in a content-driven digital platform.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and effectively communicate with creators and team members.
