Artist Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a driven Artist/Creator Manager to plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. This role involves working closely with influencers to coordinate content creation and negotiate terms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Work with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Identify and reach out to potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain influencer relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
