
Strategic Marketing Initiatives Manager

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives that align with company goals. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Director in delivering successful campaigns.
The role involves working closely with external partners like marketing agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and vendor management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Brand Development & Lead Generation: Developing initiatives to build brand awareness while driving customer acquisition.
- Public Relations Management: Handling public relations efforts, including media releases and company announcements.
- Campaign Execution: Overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Performance Reporting: Analyzing campaign performance, drawing insights, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
Requirements for this role include:
- Experience: Two or more years of hands-on experience in marketing is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Campaign & Promotion Development: Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns is mandatory.
A Master's degree in marketing or a related field is beneficial, but not required. Familiarity with current market trends would be advantageous.
