Experienced Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead and deliver complex projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership:
    • Develop project strategies, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients and design teams.
    • Drive the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders through effective communication.
    • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control:
    • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Team & Site Management:
    • Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to specification.
    • Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to design specifications, industry regulations, and standards.
    • Implement HSE protocols across project sites.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Preferred:

  • PMP/PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Experience with luxury interiors or international clients.
  • Exposure to sustainable interior practices.
