As a SCADA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations. Your expertise in architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions will drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

• Strong background in MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC etc
• Proficiency with database technologies SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with OTIT integration technologies
• REST APIs for system interconnectivity
• MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication
• OPC UA for industrial interoperability
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88 ISA99 IEC 62443
• Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with cloudbased IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT etc
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments
• Familiarity with containerization Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deployments
• Experience in working on largescale digital transformation Industry 4.0 projects
• Certifications Ignition Gold Certified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial ITOT certifications

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced SCADA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying Ignition SCADA and MES applications, as well as providing technical leadership and support for our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities:

Design and deploy Ignition SCADA and MES applications for manufacturing operations, Provide technical leadership and support for our manufacturing operations, Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs, Troubleshoot optimize and support existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtime, Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

Requirements:
