Manufacturing Excellence Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process enhancement and continuous manufacturing optimization.

  • Employ process improvement methodologies to identify and deliver value-added service enhancements across the organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a culture of ongoing improvement, supporting manufacturing transformation.
  • Sustain improved efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement standard world-class manufacturing best practices across all plants.
  • Work with team members to develop new support materials based on revised processes.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions to address potential problems.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported, and managed at all times.
  • Deliver coaching, manage projects, and establish programs across plants.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
  • Educate employees in Lean improvement tools and communication methods.
  • Counsel and facilitate teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional team members.
  • Interact professionally with Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.

Required skills include: good honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline, Six Sigma, Lean, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
