  • Benchmark competition and conduct market visits to stay ahead of the market.
  • Drive sales growth, enhance products, and manage product lifecycles.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG or general merchandising product-based industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, delegation, coordination, follow-up, and team-handling skills.
  • Able to maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
