Job Overview

This position involves managing data archival and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting issues with authorization and Windows file servers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of data archiving systems, performing technical testing, and collaborating with other teams to resolve incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data archival processes, including adding/removing authorization to file servers and handling annual access audits.
  • Perform technical testing and ensure data integrity in SAP ILM Warehouse Management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to test archive functionalities and assist with migration/upgrades.
  • Develop quality documentation on maintenance activities, incident resolution, and lessons learned.
  • Attend Agile ceremonies to provide progress updates and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

Requirements
  • Experience with data archival and maintenance processes.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows file servers and SAP systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop quality documentation.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with ServiceNow.
