Job Description

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all electrical maintenance activities in the plant. This includes ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to lead a team of technicians to achieve departmental goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Directs and coordinates all electrical maintenance activities in the plant.
  • Prepares and implements detailed maintenance procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient maintenance.
  • Ensures timely implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Monitors performance and maintenance costs for various equipment.
  • Liaises with other Maintenance Department heads to coordinate inter-discipline work activities.
  • Safeguards 5S activities and promotes a safe working environment.
  • Drives continuous improvement projects to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical or related field.
  2. 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance department.
