Elevator Traffic Analysis Specialist Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Elevator Traffic Analysis Specialist to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in conducting elevator traffic analysis using software to ensure design requirements are met. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing traffic analysis presentations for clients and maintaining regular communication with them throughout the project lifecycle.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting elevator traffic analysis using software for various options to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Preparing traffic analysis presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, including providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Participating in design review meetings and workshops, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Traffic analysis summary for stakeholder approval, providing a clear and concise overview of the project's status.
  • Preparing a civil dimension matrix for all finalized lift configurations ensuring dimensions meet at least four designated vendors.
  • Preparing and presenting a design brief report to the client, outlining the proposed solution and its associated benefits.
  • Using e-comply/excel to prepare specifications based on approved db r, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating with the drafting team for tender drawing submission after checking for conformity, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Supporting the client during vendor discussions and the e-comply/specification management team with vendor technical ratings.
  • Coordinating with the drafting team, client, and vendor for gad approval, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process.
  • Maintaining regularly updated performance data, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Cooperating during internal and external audits, demonstrating compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ensuring all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage, maintaining a smooth project flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/electronics/civil).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in elevator industry.
