Role Overview">

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Amazon advertising professional to drive the growth and profitability of our e-commerce business. This role is remote with quarterly travel to our Greater Chicago office.

This person will play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets by developing and executing effective Amazon advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across 3000+ ASINs.
  2. Drive advertising strategy to achieve sales growth, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS goals while aligning with company-wide revenue targets.
  3. Conduct daily performance checks, identify risks/opportunities, and proactively adjust campaigns to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  4. Continuously recommend and refine keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  6. Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and Amazon marketplace changes to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  7. Partner with sales, product, and merchandising teams to integrate advertising insights into broader business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns at scale
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns for similar catalog size and ad budgets required
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
  • Strong track record of scaling campaigns profitably, improving ROAS, and controlling ACOS/TACOS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
