This role requires energetic individuals who can effectively manage and nurture client relationships.
- Translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments.
- Handle client engagements with the client team.
- Articulate brand requirements and communicate the same to the teams internally.
- Manage operational job requirements.
- Minute meetings clearly.
- Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per the timelines committed.
- Wear the brand hat and disseminate information internally.
- Be the brand custodian.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or a Client Service Representative.
- Prior experience working in an agency.
- Experience working with BFSI/Fintech clients (preferable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual.
- Able to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations.
- Good listening skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
