Receivable Collection Specialist

The position involves timely generation and submission of client invoices, as well as periodic reminders for outstanding payments. Maintaining accurate records of sales and receipts is also crucial.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send client invoices on time.
  • Send regular reminders to clients for overdue invoices.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of sales and receipts in the company's books.
  • Update financial reports with received payment confirmations from the bank.
  • Highlight pending payments for further action.
  • Assist in revenue report preparation and database management.
  • File GST returns and claim refunds.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel.
  • Strong enthusiasm, responsiveness, articulation, and commitment to process norms.
