Job Opportunity: Learning and Development Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to foster service excellence, operational efficiency, and brand compliance across multiple hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations, tailored to the needs of each property while maintaining brand alignment.
  • Implement blended learning strategies, incorporating in-person, on-the-job, virtual, and e-learning formats to cater to diverse learning preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in training quality across all properties through ongoing evaluation and improvement.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments in collaboration with hotel department heads and HR teams to identify gaps and areas for development.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, guest feedback, and quality audit scores to inform targeted learning solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Deliver leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and high-potential team members, focusing on skills enhancement and career progression.
  • Coach hotel leadership teams on effective training techniques, team engagement, and performance management to drive business success.
  • Support succession planning by identifying internal talent and preparing them for future roles, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity.
  • Ensure all team members receive essential training in mandatory programs, including health & safety, security, compliance, and brand-specific training.
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion and compliance across all properties, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with brand corporate training teams to roll out new initiatives and ensure consistent standards are met.
  • Establish strong relationships with General Managers, HR teams, and department heads at each hotel, fostering open communication and knowledge-sharing.
