Senior Business Analyst - Data Solutions Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to lead client engagements focused on designing and implementing data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Financial Services and Data Management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture current-state data challenges and define future-state solutions through workshops and analysis.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation using Confluence to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and manage product backlogs; lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements to drive project success.
  • Partner with technical teams to design conceptual, logical, and physical data models that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct value stream analysis and track expected business outcomes to measure project impact.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive initiatives forward.

Requirements:

    • Previous experience working with Financial Services and BPMN.
