Job Title: Digital HR Transformation Specialist

About the Role

This key position is responsible for driving digital adoption and ensuring successful deployment of Oracle HCM modules globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance of HR Tech Products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
