We are seeking a highly skilled chat professional to join our team. As an international premium chat support specialist, you will be responsible for handling multiple live chat conversations with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve product or service-related issues by listening attentively to customer concerns and providing accurate solutions.
- Communication Skills: Maintain clear and concise communication throughout the chat session to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documenting Interactions: Accurately document each chat interaction for future reference and quality assurance.
- Performance Metrics: Meet daily performance targets, including response time and quality standards.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat support is required.
- Language Skills: Excellent written English and typing skills (35+ WPM) are essential.
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability is necessary to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable working night shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of customer service tools (CRM/chat platforms) is required.
